Dr. Norris, Dr. Blessinger, and Dr. Woebkenberg perform a wide variety of orthopaedic procedures. Most of these can be done on an outpatient basis, meaning you are able to go home the same day. For most patients, outpatient surgeries are performed at Saint Charles Surgical Pavilion, which is located in the same building as the doctors’ office.
